I'm Sarah and I've just finished a degree in Modern Languages at the University of Sheffield, England. In February, I accepted a job offer to work as a teaching assistant in Tashkent. I have very little teaching experience and know almost nothing about Tashkent or Uzbekistan, like quite a lot of people in the UK. So I decided to write a blog in order to share my experiences, launch my fruitful career as a travel writer and reassure my mum and dad that I am (mostly) safe.
